Hamburger, eggs, cheese, tuna in oil, flax oil, heavy cream, chicken, bacon, steak, salmon, oysters, brautwurst, watch out for nitrates, you can eat green leafy vegetables, salad with the real dressing, I like cesar. You want to take fiber, drink lots of water. Take vitamins. Avocado is good too.
This will cover 6 days. On carb day oatmeal, pancakes, potatoes, lentals, pasta, basically anything goes but you can't have fat that day. I would recommend 6 meals broken up over the day. I can't think of everything right now. You will have to plan out your meals but after a week you will have it down. You can basically do it in your head.

WHY? Thats a BS myth. Its a proven fact that a 'single' meal containing carbs/proteins/fats, takes AT LEAST 18 hours to digest, and more like @22-24, and thats with a well functioning tract loaded with enzymes. That 18 hours of digestion takes up a lot of energy. You (and others), 'advocate' 6 meals a day! I know some of them are liquids/protein powders - they take the longest. The whole 'keeping the metabolic furnace running' by eating every three hours is BS. Meals stacked up against each other like that robs energy reserves which should be put towards muscle building. 1 HUGE meal in the beginning of the day, followed by 2 more medium ones through out the day, and one smaller snack BEFORE sleep, to ward off fasting hypoglycemia, is all you need. A meal every 5 hours of wake time, and one before sleep is more than adequate. I mock 6 calorie meals a day! Pre and post workout SUPPLEMENT MEALS, should contain all the vitamin and mineral pills, creatines, aminos, liver support, cell volumizers, and other SUPPLEMENTS (called NUTRIENT MEALS), rather than protein, carb, and fats - CALORIE MEALS. If anyone wants to waste alot of much needed energy for muscle building on digestion, Ill advocate 6 calorie meals a day, plus the NUTRIENT meals pre and post workout, on lifting days. I fell for the same BS too when I had no idea to form my own opinion on these matters, and believed the 'unsubstantiated-appeal the unqualified authority' (I just learned that shit so Im trying to apply it now , this seems like a good topic for it) IM RIGHT
