| I am guessing you are looking to gain weight..Read my Clean bulking thread and base a diet off of that...I say bump the cals up by 200-250/day in the form of clean carbs,and protein..Also I see a lack of fats?Are you using fish oils or anything? |

| Rank: Bantamweight Experience: 10+ Years | Oh well, there is always two sides to a story, some people say regular milk got more estrogen(in the form of estradiol), who knows how active these things are in our bodies. If it were to be 100% bioavailable then 4AD would also have been 100% bio available. |
