little changes make the biggest difference?
 
does anyone believe this that little changes to your diet can make allot of difference.
i don't eat particularly but if i make small changes to what i eat or cut some bad foods out i would see a big difference

I also believe that diet is very important in your daily routine. A little change in your routine can change your whole life. As it is gonna make a big loss to you.

Yes, I think it does a lot of difference. The diet is very important to build muscle.

Definitely! Especially starting out, small changes can make a world of difference to your body, health, and overall well-being. A lot of people don't understand a lot of modern day diseases and health/mental issues can be cured or prevented with proper nutrition. Cleaning up your diet and making sure you get all your daily vitamin/micro nutrient intake can go a long way. Start with small changes, and you'll start to see large results!

I think small changes can be great – you take a few changes and replace something that might be slightly high in calories and replace it with something that has fewer calories. That is going to make a big difference. I think small changes can be real beneficial
