My diet
 
Im 17 years old,204lbs with around 19% bodyfat and my goal is to cut to around 185ish.
I lift weights Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
Cardio HIIT for 12 minutes 2 days a week

This is the diet that i am following right now

8:00 (before school) : half cup oatmeal with milk

11:00 (during school): Banana, 1Tb spoon flax seed oil

1:00(lunch): Chicken burger and coffee

4:00(Home): Peanut butter and Jam sandwich with 1 glass of milk

5:30(Pre workout): Apple, strawberries or any other fruit

6:30(Post workout): Protien shake + 2 or 3E ggs or whatever mom makes usualy with veggies

9:30 (before bed): Green tea, 1Tb. spoon cottage cheese

Appriciate any responses or suggesstions

just from a quick glance, your gonna need more protien. especially if you want to hold on to your strength. Check out the how to cut stickies, you will find your answers there.

Do you happen to know how much cal/pro/fat/carbs your taking in?

Ditch the milk in the morning for water for your cutting goals. If you HAVE to have milk, have it pre/post workout. And 1 tablespoon cottage cheese, whats that? Thats 1/8th of a serving, meaning about 1.5g of protein...

I agree w/ hrdgain, you def need more pro as i only see about 60g throughout the day. You need to add some to every meal.

you need to put some protein in with that oatmeal....Actually it doesn't look like you have any protein untill 1:00pm....Not good man.
I'm guessing hear but it looks like your only getting 50g of protein in the day.....bro, you need atleast 1g per lb, some say 1.5 or 2g per lb.
