working out at 6am pre and post ideas?
im being forced to hit it early now so im wonderin what to eat before and after before im thinkin 40 grams of whey and oatmeal? after im thinking 40 grams whey and a bananna? both shakes I add 5g of glutimine. and how long after should I wait to eat hour n a half? and for that meal im not sure what to eat seing as its early still... any help is always appreciated guys
When I work the day shift (tomorrow) I try to hit the gym around 4:30-5:00am and when I do , I just mix up around 20g of BCAA's and take them before/during(basically because I don't want to get up at 3:30 to eat). After I have about 60g of whey with some fruit (pineapple is my choise) with rice cakes or some apple juice and whey.... Then when I get to work around 7:00 I cook up my eggs and cheese.
