When I work the day shift (tomorrow) I try to hit the gym around 4:30-5:00am and when I do , I just mix up around 20g of BCAA's and take them before/during(basically because I don't want to get up at 3:30 to eat). After I have about 60g of whey with some fruit (pineapple is my choise) with rice cakes or some apple juice and whey.... Then when I get to work around 7:00 I cook up my eggs and cheese.
