Gender: | I have a couple. 405 flat bench 500 A2G squat 450 deads. Get my arms back up to 17.5" gain 15-20 lbs of muscle. I have more but I can't think of them right now.:o |

To drop my BF% to single digit status (5-9%) 3. To finally see my six-pack..... and......... 4. To train my ass off to become a fitness model Well, try not to laugh too hard at numver 4, but I have done modeling before... just not for fitness gigs. Hoping to try somthing new there. It'll be interesting to see what everyone else's resolutions are... Everyone post here!!! | |
