Flaweds Fat-Loss Fun! Experimenting with E,C, Green Tea and Yohimbine
 
Trying to see what the effect on my body is now that im working out consistently. Lifting 3 days a week, HIIT 3 days a week. Supplementing the following;

CLA
Retain
Green Tea
Caffeine
Ephedrine
Grape Seed Extract
Fish oil
Vitamin C
Mulit-Vitamin

Diet is not in check yet

Today Was a little rough, My heart felt like it was going to jump out of my chest and it was only has 12.5mg Ephedrine, should be interesting when I get up to 25mg. It must be the mixing of the Ephedrine HCL and the Yohimbine HCL. Lets hope my heart doesnt EXPLODE! The Grape Seed Extract is supposed to carrying the effects of the EC longer than normal and i did seemed pretty hyped like a strung out crack head yesterday for longer than normal.

Similar Effects today. Really jittery but for a less amount of time, Day 1 was about 3 hours of pure jittery madness, today was about 1.5 but I could still feel the effects to an extent. Most notably around 7 hours after dosing I noticed getting warm much easier. Going to lift and then to train at my MMA gym tonight.


HIT A NEW PR of 1RM Bench 275! Probably could have thrown on 5 more lbs

Was a little late of my dosing today! But that’s because I was busy before work. So I just took everything now at noon. Hit a new PR on bench, 1RM of 275lbs last night.

Oh damn… my first dose today hardly did anything for me… took my second dose at about 4 and it feels like my heart is going nuts... damn ephedrine yohimbine mix.... Never felt this on Lipo6 and the dose on the yohimbine on that is higher

congrats on the PR, sorry I didnt check out your journal sooner, i knw you told me about it before.

keep a close eye on how you feel with all those stims, I would crash so hard at night from that.

Thanks guys! Its nice to know im only 40 lbs from my long term goal i set about 6 monthes ago of being able to max at 315. I've wanted to stack 3 plates on each side since about 3 years ago but just not finally got the consistency back at the gym...

Bumped the ephedrine dose up to 25mg per dose today. Was expecting my heart to being racing considering the 12.5mg E and 2.5mg Yohimbine was tearing me up but in reality my heart didn’t really feel like it was gonna jump out of my chest like before. I did however get the feeling like i was floating from my body... when i looked at my screen it felt far away like i was spacing out. I like that feeling though :) Concentrated


Man did I tear my ass up at the gym last night. On only 4 hours of sleep from the night before I thought I probably wouldn’t be able to do my cardio. Instead I did it harder than I've done it the whole time. Felt like I was gonna pass out halfway through lol. You'll notice i mark down calories burned from the machine, while this is not by any means accurate on those elipitcals, but i figure if i put my weight/resistance/incline at the same settings everytime and i pay attention to the cals, as long as its a little higher than last time that means i worked harder or more intensley, which in my mind is imporant in HIIT.

And while a 13 calorie increase this time from last time doesnt seem like much, its pretty good in my mind to burn 13 more calories or exert that much more energy in the same amount of time

Looks good man. THat Yohimbine is some powerful shit. I remember trying 1000mg tabs and I couldn't sleep for a few days.

How long are you going to run this stack for (cycle)? What is your main goal here ? I see your strength is going up making new PR's , goodjob. Are you losing weight ?

1000mg tabs?!?!?! Holy christ... the ones i have are 2.5mg if i remember right!

I feel like im leaning out quite a bit... weight has dropped about 10 lbs but thats been since about 4 weeks ago and ive been doing cardio without this stack up until this week... so not sure what to blame the weightloss on, probably the cardio consistency... right now i just wanna lean out... keep my muscle and strength if possible... my diet is whack so im sure ill lose some to be hoenst but living on a tight budget is a bitch hahaha

sorry i overlooked a question! I am gonna run what im running now until next wednesday... thats when my ephedrine runs out... and then ill probably continue to run it on a increased dose of yohimbine for another week or so... ill be in florida for that last week on vacation so i may need a little help :P

Ya the 1000mg tabs were crazy , I wouldn't recomend doing them. I only took them for two or three days and they really messed me up - sleep wise and attitude. Took awhile to come around. Stick with 2.5 or even 5mg.

After not taking my dose Sunday I was pretty shaky today on my first… still feeling it pretty hardcore but not shaking much anymore… Good to be back at it after a weekend of drinking and hardly any food. Not sure what scale to believe anymore, normally i use the UPS scale at my work assuming that big ass scale would be right... but its always ten lbs higher than the shitty scale at my gym. Put a 80lb weight on the scale at my gym and it says 83lbs... which means i be like 202 on my gym scale and 215 on my work scale? I need a doctor scale!"

Holy jeeeebus... i think that 5mg yohimbine made a big diff... i forgot what it was like on lipo6 when i took my stuff on a empty stomach... hopefully i can make it through without vomitting!

Because your body is weak/run down, probably. I never get sick unless I've been doing some killer cardio for a few days & start to feel run down.

i dont know if thats what it is though.... cause i was fine when i woke up to go to the bathroom at like 4am... then at 6 when i woke up i was coughing violently in the shower and coulnt stop and had bad chills when i got to work... still feel a lil clammy

Heres what i have so far... kind of hard to see progress but its there... lower back fat... my stomach is getting smaller... the shadows play wierd on my stomach too... in most of those pictures looks like i have a big baggy stomach which i dont unless i take a picture

Feeling a little bit better today, gonna try to do cardio after work but I think im gonna take the HIIT down a notch… feel like higher than 8 minutes of jog/sprint is too taxing on the body… 9 minutes has been killing me, I think ill take it back down to 5 minutes and increase the resistance or incline... what do you guys think?

No rest for the weary, leaving for florida on sunday! Hahahaha.... ill probably gain half of it back there! i think im gonna just do some light cardio today and maybe the lifts i missed yesterday
