Bumped the ephedrine dose up to 25mg per dose today. Was expecting my heart to being racing considering the 12.5mg E and 2.5mg Yohimbine was tearing me up but in reality my heart didn’t really feel like it was gonna jump out of my chest like before. I did however get the feeling like i was floating from my body... when i looked at my screen it felt far away like i was spacing out. I like that feeling though
Man did I tear my ass up at the gym last night. On only 4 hours of sleep from the night before I thought I probably wouldn’t be able to do my cardio. Instead I did it harder than I've done it the whole time. Felt like I was gonna pass out halfway through lol. You'll notice i mark down calories burned from the machine, while this is not by any means accurate on those elipitcals, but i figure if i put my weight/resistance/incline at the same settings everytime and i pay attention to the cals, as long as its a little higher than last time that means i worked harder or more intensley, which in my mind is imporant in HIIT.
And while a 13 calorie increase this time from last time doesnt seem like much, its pretty good in my mind to burn 13 more calories or exert that much more energy in the same amount of time
