The RDL's are not bad but you aren't doing them quite right.
Check out this thread and then if you have any questions ask away.

For box squats yu need to stay tighter on the box. Try not to rock backwards. You are supposed to sit on the box but not relax. Stay tight.

Looking strong , good job.

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

Thx Eric, Talo I think that my form on box squats is better with heavier weights, I think in an effort to explode as fast as I can with lighter stuff I tend to come loose easily.

I like the RDLs Ill keep workin on em thx for the link E.

The only reason he's rocking forward is because he's initially rocking back. So he has to rock forward to get the lift off. So the answer is to not rock back in the first place.
