You are supposed to sit on the box but not relax. Stay tight. |

Gender: | Thx Eric, Talo I think that my form on box squats is better with heavier weights, I think in an effort to explode as fast as I can with lighter stuff I tend to come loose easily. I like the RDLs Ill keep workin on em thx for the link E. |

Gender: | The only reason he's rocking forward is because he's initially rocking back. So he has to rock forward to get the lift off. So the answer is to not rock back in the first place. |
