I been doing a sort of Westside Hybrid 4 day split,I'm just not rotating exercises as much as they do yet, & also pushing a little more volume on the intensity days at 90%+ .

Not to worry mate you post on like 4000+ different boards, you are bound to forget some things!!

oh....i used to do that too....work sets (quite a few like between 3 and 6) of 2-3 reps (or even singles sometimes) at >90%...yeah that was good stuff. did wonders for my deadlifts.

no, i read 4000+ boards...i only regularly post on 2: bb.com and bb.net

ME Bench Day

Another sweet day, hit a nice PR on Close Grip Bench and then smoked a few more singles after.Hit up 3 board next for some easy triples, Ill stay at 90kg next week and build some reps.Finished off with pullups and chinups (2 sets each) and some Tri extensions supersets.Ohh I almost for got some high rep cable rows too!

ME Bench day 11/6/08
CGBP 1x1 90kg, 101kg (PR), 2x1 91kg, 2x1 95kg
3 Board Press 1x4,3,3 90kg
Pullups BW+5 2x5,4 Chins BW+5 1x7
Tri Extensions 3x10 50kg
Cable rows 1x20 50kg

On another note my sled was finally built I cant wait to start dragging it!!! My friend built it for less than $30.Sweet!
