Gender: | DE Squat Day Speed was kinda average today at about 45%, the hips were still a bit touchy from that squat on Monday.Not sore but fatigued I guess.Still felt a bit sluggish in the gym but did my 10 sets .Moved to Pullthroughs next, 4 sets these were great and got my body going, I wish I did 1 set of these as part of my warmup!!Finished with abs. DE Squat Day 5/9/08 Box Squat @ 45% 10x2 60kg Pullthrus 4x10 (varied stances) 110kg Abs Pulldowns 4x12 70kg |

Gender: | DE Bench Day Awesome day today, weights were flying off the chest.Bar weight was 50% or so.Moved to some ultra close grip floor press next for 2 sets and then 4 sets of Tricep rollbacks.Finished with 3 sets of V handle Pulldowns.Oh and a couple sets of Curls.Great day.Big pump!!. Im good thanks Hopper, My training hasn't been 100% this year due to moving house and a couple of other things but has been going well recently I have made PR's in some exercises, and am close on others. Starting on the texas method tommorow Glad to see your still hard at it. | |

Gender: | ME Squat Day I did low box squats with a medium stance today.I also used a high bar position with the puss pad on my neck.FUCK this was hard,I love it! I worked up to 130kg on the bar and it was a grinder.I did some GMs next for a couple sets and then some extensions supersetted with reverse crunches.Toast after this workout. ME Squat Day 8/9/08 Highbar Pusspad Box Squat (well below Paralell) 1x1 130kg 2x1 120kg 1x1 125kg GMs 2x5 77.5kg Extensions 3x15 10kg Reverse Crunches 3x10 7.5kg |
