Wait a minute, I'm up another two pounds! The hex is working.

Or maybe it's because alcohol is extremely dehydrating.

"Shut up and squat!"

Even a 5 lb gain is still progress. Keep in mind that the program calls for moving to 5 sets of 3 when you plateau for a few weeks.

Keep it up!

Day 2 Back/Shoulders
177lbs
Standing Military Press [5x5] 105
Upright Rows [3-5x8-10] 95
Deads [5x5] 265
JS Rows [2x8-10] 155
Chins [2x8-10] BW
Shrugs [2x8-10] 245
Hammer Strength Row [2x8-10] 190

Grrrrreat workout. Standing military went down 5lbs because I was arching my back too much and I didn't want to push it. Noticeable change in strength though, all the exercises have become easier to perform. Alot of exercises went up but those that didn't go up, will be going up next week. Very Happy with the progress from Day 2

Kane's Sig:Bench:275 [1x1]
Deadlift:365 [1x3]
A2G Squat:275 [1x3]

"Shut up and squat!"

"NO, this is my squat rack. Go get your own!"

Day 5 Bis/Tris
177lbs
Close Grip Bench [5x5] 165
Barbell Curls [5x5] 95
Seated Tricep Extension [2x8-10] 75
Incline Hammer Curls [2x8-10] 40
Weighted Dips [2x8-10] BW
Preacher Curls [2x8-10] 80

I really didnt feel like doing light weights because of my forearms...so I cranked the weight up and surprisingly, since I reduced the weight and implemented forearm work, my forearms are almost at full strength. Highlight of the workout was the BB curls and the Hammer curls. Hammer curls felt like I was doing 30lbs, it was unreal. Very happy with my progress thus far.

Deadlift:365 [1x3]
A2G Squat:275 [1x3]

Day 6 Legs
178lbs
A2G Squats[1x5] 145,165,175,185,195
Leg Press [2x8-10] 220
Leg Curls [2x8-10] 130
Seated Calf Raises [5x15] 90
Abs

Good workout. Very intense bout in the squat rack, but numbers are starting to climb nicely. Fairly straightforward workout otherwise. I decided to do some Incline Hammer Curls (for fun) after legs were done, so I did 2x5 with 55lber's...
