Good to drink anytime except post workout. The banana and peanut butter slows digestion of the whey...

Hi All,
My gym mate shared this shake recipe and I found it great so sharing with you guys. It's called chocolate banana shake. Feel free to comment on it.
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
7 ounces of water
5 ice cubes
8 strawberries
Mix all ingredients in a blender on medium for 1 minute. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy the shake.

What should I add to make it dilute?
I mean, I'm suffering from sour throat now a days, so don't want to chill and just wanna drink it raw. :P

Want simple? 2 scoops of protein powder and a scoop of orange of your choice with 12 oz. of water.
