| Just wondering if there are any holes in the supp's I'm currently taking. I'm looking to lose fat and gain muscle with: Whey Protein Creatine Monohydrate (with water but am switching to grape juice) Hydroxycut Multi Vitamin L-Glutamine Should I add more Vitamin C? Is there anything I should add or should eliminate? Thanks |
