| Ya, If you want something that will kick start your workout try this in the morning ( if you workout in the morning) 200mg caffine 25mg ephedra 25mg asprin . I dont need it im a morning person, but my freind isnt and he tells me it realy gets him ready to go, but i wouldnt use it if your tring to bulk up its for fat loss also i like muscle milk when i go to bed but i guess that wont realy jump start your workout or anything |
