Hope someone can help. I would like to find out what is the most intense supplement out there.

Wonna narrow that down best one for gaining muscle? Anyone can just say steroids or something.

FOOOD, by far, the best thing for ya. Sometimes people cringe at the amouts of various foods I eat on certain days.

this depends on what your goals are. But as far as intensity goes, nothing beats ephdrine stacked with some caffiene.

Supplements don't do that. It's all mental.

Ya, If you want something that will kick start your workout try this in the morning ( if you workout in the morning) 200mg caffine 25mg ephedra 25mg asprin . I dont need it im a morning person, but my freind isnt and he tells me it realy gets him ready to go, but i wouldnt use it if your tring to bulk up its for fat loss also i like muscle milk when i go to bed but i guess that wont realy jump start your workout or anything
