FOOOD, by far, the best thing for ya. Sometimes people cringe at the amouts of various foods I eat on certain days.

this depends on what your goals are. But as far as intensity goes, nothing beats ephdrine stacked with some caffiene.

I want a supplement that will kick ass and take names. I need something that is going to get me pumped for the heavy reps. Thanks

I got this from someone's signature on another board, but I wholehaertedly agree:

squats are better than supplements.

Ya, If you want something that will kick start your workout try this in the morning ( if you workout in the morning) 200mg caffine 25mg ephedra 25mg asprin . I dont need it im a morning person, but my freind isnt and he tells me it realy gets him ready to go, but i wouldnt use it if your tring to bulk up its for fat loss also i like muscle milk when i go to bed but i guess that wont realy jump start your workout or anything
