| Ive read up that every builder/Athlete needs to be getting in their vitamins... So What vitamins should I get??? I know this is probley a repeat question but I figured Id write anyway... Other than vitamins what other stuff and not steriods/creatine/No2 (like Health Stuff) does everyone here take to keep their body's running in full great shape... |

| I took Hmb a long time ago... Expensive but the stuff had to help I gained around 30-40 pounds in around month or two period... This was with the See-Diet Plenty of meals a day and good workout program to(when work didnt get in the way)... I was also taking creatine and 100% Whey.(I was huge then) |
