Ingredients: water, sucrose syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, salt, sodium citrate, monopotassium phosphate, ester gum, sucrose acetate isobutyrate, yellow 5 Nutrition Facts: serving size: 8 fl oz; calories 50; total fat 0g; sodium 110mg; potassium 30mg; total carbs 14g; sugars 14g I don't think that's not nearly enough to be an effective transport module. Creatine doesn't do anything for me unless I get at least 50 grams of carbs and maybe aroung 25 grams of dextrose. That's why I just bought cee from Bulk Nut. so I don't have to worry anymore.

-I just bought 200 grams of Bulk CEE and from what I hear it's death warmed over. I acually don't give a shit about taste, only if it works or not. I hate all the rookies over at Bulk saying, "I gained alot of muscle from it, but because the taste was rotten, I gave it 1 star and won't be buying it again." -Sounds like they got sand in their clit.

-How's it treating you? -How do you measure 2 grams? I emailed Bulk and they said something like 1/4 teaspoon is 760 grams. They did the math for me, I just need to look it up again.
