Bulking Help !! skinny
Hi, im 22 5,12 and 140 pounds.... very skinny !! im working to put on ALOT of weight... i realise i need to eat alot so i am doing my best to eat 5 meals a day. and more if i can =)
i have purchased noxplode for before workouts. and i am also on quick mass... are there any supplements that are recommended that will help me gain more weight that i can maintain. are there any pills i should be taking?? thanks |
Im no expert, but what helps for me is to lower the amount of supplements and eat much more food, ie chicken , beef and fish, im sure if you give us a daily food intake then there will be many guys here that can put you on the right tracks:) And im abit lost when you say "pills"??

just stick to basic supplements....whey protein, creatine, and a fast acting carb for after workouts.....just need to eat lots of good, clean food. lots of protein. lots of veggies.

Supplements shouldn't be viewed as a magic cure for being skinny. Supplements are just that, an addition to an already existing and solid diet.
The only 'pills' you should take are a multi vitamin and some fish oil. :D |
the important part is caloric intake right?? quickmass claims it has 1000calories per serving... cant i just eat more quickmass??
