Cee Pro Creatine Ethyl Ester Review
Alright Im taking the Cee-Pro Ethyl Ester Creatine that I recieved in the mail from this site. Ive been taking it for a about a week now.
Ive had 3 full body workouts with it and Ive been feeling great. One difference I really like from this creatine and last is 1.) It's oral. 2.) I dont seem at all to get the gastric feeling in the stomach+I dont get the creatine poops!!! :D . On Workout days I take Before+After Workout. Off Days as bottle recommended... My State Weight:136 Height:5'7 Bodyweight:will ask my Doc to get it when I go for physical... Im going to take pics of me tonight and post them as a before!!! Incline Bench Press:111x10 Flat Bench Press:136x1 (Dk for sure) E-Z Bar Curl:55x5 Squats-185x10 Butterflies:60x10 Pulldowns:50x5 Cable Row:83x10 Shoulder Press:35x5 Deadlift:115x10 Alternating Dumbbell Curls:35x5 Standing Deltoid Dumbbell Press:45x10 Going to take the pics now ;) !!! |

On the original post of this thread, you stated one of the reasons you were happy with the Cee-Pro is because it's "oral". I'm almost afraid to ask how you were administering the powdered form dude. :D :D

Alright got done working out bout an hour ago... Already took my second serving for today. Im up to 140 weight,But Im thinking about going on a cut for a while to get the body to show.

Alright into 2-3 week... This Sucks Tonight I think I could of torn my rotitury cup(I know thats not how you spell)...
I really dont think I did cause after 1/2 hr pain ended.I did it during flat dumbbell bench press.I was doing 55 each hand and it was my third rep,It felt like my blade just poped out and slide another way. But The Cee-Pro has been doing great though. Energy level has been good+Lift are feeling good. Im thinking about throwing some L-Glutamine in the mix though!!! |
That sux man. Give it some rest before you do anything else so you can access how much damage there is.

Well... Ive been feeling a little burnt out this week. My headaches have returned and last night My body hurt so bad. I even had one of my terrible chest pain's.
My workouts this past week havent been good at all. Im not blaming this on the CEE because I know its because of me. My head hasnt at all been in the right place for the gym this week. But my ending weight for the week is 139ish. And I believe I did F*** my arm up. I cant do that much without feeling a little bit of pain there. Even right now typing it has this strecht feeling to it... Need opinion on this. Take a week off and just do cardio??? Or hit it light for the next week and see what happens. Thinking about just doing good cardio everyday and after 1-2 weeks of football back in throw the gym back into the mix... |
O yeah
I forgot to mention that I quit my job last night. So maybe them 50 hours a week will stop the pains...

Well started to workout friday but then stopped after 15-30 minutes because a buddy called me out for a boxing match and I wanted my muscle to try to get loose and not be sore before it. Then he freaking dont box me :mad: . I gave sat + Today off because conditioning starts tommorrow.Ive probley gained 1-2 pounds but dont have anywhere to check my stats. FOOTBALL TOMMORROW :cool: . Im definently thinking no other jv player hit gym + cardioed it like I did over the summer. So Im planning on showing up everyone up tommorrow. Well Gotta go get some cleats... :eek: EXCITED ITS TIME TO SHINE!!! |
Dude, you shoulda got your cleats a couple of weeks ago...hope you don't get blisters...

I wont I got really tought feet. Im going to where them all day today to get the feel of them+stech them to foot... Still havent got them Im going to get them in a little!!! ;)

Ok Im going to hit the gym around 7:00 tonight and im doing a death workout. Tommorrow is going to be conditioning and I wont it to hurt the whole time. :D

O yeah...
Practice was very well done by the coaches I have to give them props. It was gruesome for about everybody. Im not going to sit here and say the I wasnt getting a workout cause I must definently was. But everybody else was so exhausted and about 15-30 kids lined up on the fence line like little pussy's and sat through the 4 courners. After we got done I must definently pissed all of them little S***'s off. After getting water and hopping back to the center for "Briefing" I told everybody to give theirself a hand. Then when everybody stop clapping I smiled to everyone and said " O I was talking to the once the actually did it,Now for some of you guys I understand.But for the skinny to mid S***'s that came over here and sat/layed down, I got one word for you. Pussies. :D Now I said it in a more artistic way. And the sweet thing is you could tell out of the 115 kids the 15-30 that pissed out cause everyone else laughed and gave theirself a clap again. While the others bowed their heads and cried to theirself's once again!!! :cool: "The winners pressed on,While the losers went to the sidelines and rested on" Cheesy I know!!! :) |
Well I dont believe I wrote last night but im happy to say conditioning is over!!!
Pads come tommorrow and My coach told me I might he was thinking about starting me at defensive end rather than LB... Dont matter to me as long as I get to knock some heads! So lets see what happens. O yeah I am getting a high dryness in my live. Believe its from the creatine. But its doing just fine. |

Sorry I havent posted lately... Im off the creatine and gym...
I was in hospital monday and my back + neck is F***** up. Im out for atleast 1 week and im drugged 24/7... Fun to be able to tell you teachers your drugged/High!!! So Im losing alot of what was showing. Muscle's are still there I know just not pumped up at all... 100% deconditioned (HST maybe 0311) |
