Help on how I can take this

Hey everyone I just bought Amplified Mass XXX and I also bought CytoNOX and Megaman Multivitamin from GNC. I am 18 and weigh 132 and am 5'10 and I want to know how much can I drink of the Amplified Mass XXX a day would three glasses a day be to much? Like one glass between each meal and with the second glass being after my workout? Can I take a multivitamin with the CytoNOX and Amplified Mass XXX? I so need to gain weight I only get toned when I work out hard. Also I have been just eating anything and everything to raise my calorie intake over my regular daily intake. The shakes would make it easier for me to go over my calorie intake because my metabolism is so damn fast.

Take it however you want .

How many daily calories are you getting from food ?

Only like 2000 but I need to be way over that to actually make any weight stick.

Yup. It's not that hard to hit 3000 cals or more. Start writting your food down and count the cals.

Nuts will help .

You are 18? If so you should not use anything, Your growth plates have not stopped growing yet and adding suppliments to an 18 yr old body only makes your body think it does not have to produce as much as what you are putting in. At your age your natural hormones should be well sufficient. Adding weight does not always means a high calorie intake. Eat meat and potatoes and high carb foods like noodles, macaroni spag, etc. Protien will help you gain muscle and muscle weighs more then fat if you double your daily protien intake load up on carbs it will not matter if your getting 500 or 2000 calories. Building fat as part of gaining weight is not what an 18 year old should even be thinking about. At 24 or 25 if you still think you need suppliments then it would prolly be wise to look into them, but before that age your just asking to not only stunt your growth plates but you stunt the hormones in your body. Safety first. Good luck

lol weight gainer (protein & carbs), cytonox ($50 caffeine), and a multivitamin are not going to keep his growth plates from forming properly.

However, as already stated, just eating more will be the key.
