You are 18? If so you should not use anything, Your growth plates have not stopped growing yet and adding suppliments to an 18 yr old body only makes your body think it does not have to produce as much as what you are putting in. At your age your natural hormones should be well sufficient. Adding weight does not always means a high calorie intake. Eat meat and potatoes and high carb foods like noodles, macaroni spag, etc. Protien will help you gain muscle and muscle weighs more then fat if you double your daily protien intake load up on carbs it will not matter if your getting 500 or 2000 calories. Building fat as part of gaining weight is not what an 18 year old should even be thinking about. At 24 or 25 if you still think you need suppliments then it would prolly be wise to look into them, but before that age your just asking to not only stunt your growth plates but you stunt the hormones in your body.
