Need Advice

Hey guys. Im new at this. I need all the advice you can possibly give me.

I went to the store the other day. I wrote down a few of the names. Went back home and looked them up and read the reviews. None of them were good.

Which brand/type of creatine would you recommend me to get. Also where do I get it

When should I take creatine? Before, or after workout? I read an article that says to take creatine an hour before your workout because thats how long it takes to enter the bloodstream. And then they said you have a hour and a half after the previous hour to use the creatine.

Also, I have read a few forum posts about taking dextrose with creatine. Do you recommend the dextrose? How do you take it? Just mix the creatine/dextrose together and pour it into a bottle of water?

Any advice will be greatly appriciated!

Thanks, Matt

Is this brand good?

Should be fine, but this is better:

NP has great stuff & they normally have the best prices. I still haven't ordered from anywhere else because I haven't found the need to. If I wasn't going to order from NP, I would order from BN. So...if I was going to order from BN, I would get this:

You won't be disappointed if you order from nutraplanet.

i been using the walmart brand body forstress super advanced creatine and it works very good for me. And the great thing is its cheap.
But the big thing bro is that i stress very big is that what works for me may nt work for you. So in a sense reviews are shit. We all have diffrent bodys. So you have to find what works for you.

It's fucking creatine...if his body has the capacity to store extra creatine, then it will.

I don't understand your question.

This is fun :biglaugh:

You could start with a variety. Conventional deadlifts should definitely be in there. They're the best for building mass and strength. Also, romanian deadlifts are great. They work the PC very well and are good practice for getting your hips rotated. Those would be two good ones to start with, but it's really up to you.

Cool. Thanks man.
Get my weightbench and olympic bar tomorrow. :)
No more using old rusted ones and i can give my gf her bench back that she likes to keep in front of our bed. its funny cause she trips over it at night. haha.
Anyway. Thanks again Ross.
Oh ya love the pic Matt thanks for the eye candy.
