Ok im new here first of all..and i jst started working out..i want to start taking proteins but i have no idea which 1 to should buy..
ht: 5-11
wt: 156 lbs
my friends who work out are tellin me to get ON 100% whey protein..
and if its possible can some1 provide me with a good workout plan for the fastest body building?

wehy protein is a good choice, its the best protein after workouts. but don´t forget: supplements are only useful, if the rest of your nutrition is clean, healthy and suited to body building
Blends work good also. they are usually a cocktail of wheys & caseins. I personally favor both Gaspari Myofusion & BSN Syntha-6 as both taste great. This is probably one of the only categories where I'd suggest these supplement giants over smaller, "better" products.
