| Lol idk how long but yeah and the church didn't allow him to be apart of it and it was only in last 15-20 years the church apologized for it and to not totally stay off the topic Brad mayb you prefer incline db presses to barbell or when you said "I prefer DB flat presses to barbell. Do you think that's okay? What otheres do you recommend?" where you excluding inclined db press to? |
