Lol idk how long but yeah and the church didn't allow him to be apart of it and it was only in last 15-20 years the church apologized for it and to not totally stay off the topic Brad mayb you prefer incline db presses to barbell or when you said "I prefer DB flat presses to barbell. Do you think that's okay? What otheres do you recommend?" where you excluding inclined db press to?

Today I did DB press, incline DB press (around 30 degrees or so), decline machine and flat db flyes.

incline DB press, weighted dips

i usually hit some flys as well, incline or flat just depends... somtimes the cable crossover if i got anything left

Is that when you aren't doing DC?

Not worried about benching over 300 (just yet)!

Well, I did (low angle) inclines yesterday and I have a bit of soreness there. maybe I was all turned around on the subject. I will continue to do the (low angle) inclines for a bit to see what happens..
