| Rank: Bantamweight | Interval training is good too: Jog for 5 mins RUN for 1 min Walk/jog for 1 min RUN for 1 min W/j 1 min repeat 2 more times Jog 2 mins This is a good 15 min workout. And RUN means RUN, not just jogging faster. You don't have to sprint, but really let it loose. |
