| Rank: Bantamweight | My current leg routine mimick's the Max-OT one with squats, leg presses and sldl's. (okay, this was the first week, but...) So I was wondering is the lunges could replace the sldl's effectively. If not, I'll just have to work on my form. Currently, I cannot get that low without my back rounding. |
