Default Mass/strength gaining question...

Does mass gaining increase your strength or do I have to do strength gaining to get stronger?

Does strength training increase your size at all or just tone your muscles?

If you can only get them one at a time from doing 4-6 reps for mass and 12-15 for strength, would it do both if i was to do like 10 reps?

Default

i thinkyou have it wrong

1-6 reps is for strength and 7-12 is for mass and anything above that is endurence to put it simply

if you train for strength your going to get mass and if you train for mass ur going to get strength unless ur on some new high tech protien/steroid
