building muscle for skinny guys
need some tips fellas, on how a skinny guy like myself can train/eat correctly to build muscle the fastest!:WEIGHT~13:
Eats ALOT and train hard.
Read some of the stickies and you will find some great training info .

Balance your food intake and work hard, watch for overtraining. It's easy to push to far looking for the big payoff when your skinny. Personally I try to do an eight week heavy then an eight week light and that seems to work for me.
