Full Body Routine Critique
I used Madcows thread and came up with two seperate workouts, a and b. Wanted to see what others thought of it.
Workout A Back Squats Seated Cable Rows DB Bench Press Cable Leg Curl Wide Grip Pullups Standing Military Press Shrugs and Incline Bicep Curls as Acessory Workout B Deadlifts Close Grip Chinups Seated DB Press Bulgarian Squats Bent Rows Close Grip Bench Dips and Calfwork as Acessory |
