Ummm what is stuff? And no your progarm is not detailed enough to give a yay or a nay. You need to list the exericises you want to do and how many sets and reps you want to perform. Are you going for strength, hypertrophy, endurance?

BTW where is chest and abs?

Shoulders don't need thier own day, let alone two. Neck work should be avoided except by the very well trained and those that are knowledgable about the cevical area. The neck will grow with shrugs, deads, pulls in general.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

legs should be done 2x or 3x a week by you. and legs = squats and squats = as deep as you can go and that means way past parallel provided you dont have injury or lack of flexibility

Squat, squat, squat. It sounds like a bird out in my backyard I'm not really disagreeing I'm just getting more and more amused by the obsessions that training generates. Squat a lot, pull a lot...
