my goals
i am age 16 5-11 164lb bf 5% and am turning turning 17 oct 5. all goals are to be done by my birthday(in about 7 months).
bench 265 to 315 squat 300 to 350 deadlift 315 to 365 pullups 23 to 35 weight from 164 to 185 with same bf do you think they are reasonable? |
you gotta power lift trust me. get a good powerlifting routine for instance try and find a college football lifting regiment and follow that. i now lift for bulk and cut meaning individual muscle lifts but if you get into a body work out which would be a power lifting workout it would be much more realistic then individual muscle lifts. good luck
