Urgent help needed
I am just starting the gym for the second time, the first time i didnt take it seriously enough and just went when i could be bothered with no real goal whilst i was there.
I am starting again but need to know the basics of creating a workout plan, and a diet plan for when i start. I am 19years old and i am 6"1 and weigh around 10/11st. my main goal now is to get bigger whilst looking toned at the same time, can anyone offer any advice on a diet plan, workout plan, supplements etcc Thanks alot!!! |
Basic tips
1. pick compound lifts like benches, squats, etc.
2. eat at least 2500 cals a day 3. make 30% of those cals protein 4. always beat your last workout by lifting heavier and/or more reps 5. if you cant beat last workout then rest longer |
Oh and one more thing
dont worry too much about supplements |
