I am just starting the gym for the second time, the first time i didnt take it seriously enough and just went when i could be bothered with no real goal whilst i was there.
I am starting again but need to know the basics of creating a workout plan, and a diet plan for when i start.
I am 19years old and i am 6"1 and weigh around 10/11st.
my main goal now is to get bigger whilst looking toned at the same time,
can anyone offer any advice on a diet plan, workout plan, supplements etcc
