Before I tested my max 1 year ago and it was about 405.

Today I maxed out on squat at 440 lbs. :cool: this was not A2G, this was thighs parallel with the floor, and I mean the middle to top of my thigh.
Next I'm finding my deadlift max. This I don't know at all. I've only done 225 for sets of 10 without straps so I don’t know what my potential even comes close to. More to come.
