:33: I would say, and I know I might get flamed for saying this but, if you have no workout experience I would start with Max-OT, it is very basic and it's a good start to concentrate on specific groups without overlap, i.e. full body, upper/lower. Start with low weight and build up for 2 months then I would start with an upper/lower routine, (which can be found everywhere on this board), or the Pendulum training, and do that for about 2 more months after that you will probably have read sooo much stuff on this board and asked sooo many question that you will be able to start other training methods, OVT, GVT, etc. look at this sticky
