need help with a routine
I've been lifting since December for football.I'm 16, 6foot, 170lbs (put on15pounds). Starting July 5th on every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday i will be doing cardio from 9-11 and during that time period i will be doing core, speed, and enduance. I then have lifting from 4-6 and play running from 6-7:30. Now from this i want to become tone, so I was wondering if anyone could help me with some sort of routine to help tone my abs to a six pack.
