Well man, for EVERYTHING break down. For example how much chicken you have as far as ounces "Chicken" doesn't do me much good. "Egg" does but only if you had one egg, since the word egg is singular. Just make sure you keeping track of the proportions as well as the foods, and the time would be nice too, just to see how far apart your eating.
