Thumbs up What a day.

Well the other day was one of the best workouts and MMA days I've ever had.

I've started taking CEE and Citrulline Malate with my EAA and what a difference.

Yesterday I did legs and did the front A2G with the window opener. Now this was the first time I did A2G in a while and on top of that a 20 rep burn out and it was amazing. First I took 3 scoops of EAA, ~2 grams of CEE and ~3 grams of Citrulline Malate, I say about because the scoops are rounded, 20 mins before my workout at lunch time. Jogged on the treadmill for 5 mins to get the heart rate up and blood flowing and went to town. I did 225 for 10 on Front A2G when I was suppose to do only 8, I under shot a lot and figured might as well make it 10, then took off the some weight and did 22 Front A2G with 135. I just had so much energy that I wanted to do more, that and I did under shoot a little. But instead I saved my energy for my MMA class, did my stretches and went back to work.

Before I when to MMA I took the same amount of my "Mix" as I did before my workout.

At Muay Thai class we had the head instructor teaching and that always means that the end of the class is going to be an endurance trial with knees and kicking. I thought this was going to suck because of the leg workout I did. The last endurance drill goes something like this:
One person round house kicks pads with one leg and the reps go 3,5,7,10,12,15,12,10,7,5,3 and you only get about 3-5 seconds rest in-between each set, then your partner does his round then I do my other leg.

I made it through the whole thing and kept a fast and hard tempo the whole time. I was very amazed and my instructor gave me props for performing the way I did. Then after that it was off to BJJ. I was tired but I was able to keep up with everybody and they all didn't take a class before me.

EAA is real good by itself but adding the other two supplements just was amazing.
