try to spread it out a bit. you dont want sore triceps before working your chest. this is more of an ideal split for optimum growth
monday-quads/lower back
tuesday-shoulders/traps
wed-off
thurs-back/biceps/hamstrings
fri-chest/triceps
a 4 on 3 off week is better for your growth and you get more rest in the process..which will aid healing and growth..
