Yes sir. People have more info than they know what to do with. This is why when people come on and say, I've been doing so and so and gotten great results, but....I usually say what have you been doing exactly and where are the problems. Usually only a couple of changes may be necessary. But most other people tell them to go look at the "ultimate program sticky'
