Back to the HGH topic, is there no OTC HGH product out there worth anything? Are there any benefits to the ones that are out there?
I'm not looking for the fountain of youth, although it would come in handy if anyone knows where it is!! But, I have heard good things about HGH and HGH stimulators. Is what I'm hearing wrong?

I have done some snooping around and I have not heard many good things about oral GH stimulation. The problems stem from oral bioavailability of the aminos that are suppose to support GH production, and the effective half life.
Many of these products rely on Glutimine, or one of the Glut peptides to support GH, and its pretty much impossible to get that stuff through the gut. So oral administration is out the window.
Other products rely on GABA or similar compounds. From my understanding, and former use. GABA is awesome, for about a week. Then the effects diminish quickly, similar to phenibut which is closely related.
If your really interested in it Littleguy, I would check out the site I posted earlier. They were atleast upfront about the product, and I would think transdermal administration would be far supperior for these products. There are also some guys over at Anabolicminds that love that stuff. I believe they also make an injectable version.
On a side note, many of these products are exspensive, so tread carefully. Do a lot of research before you buy anything. GH is a slow acting hormone, you wont see explosive gains like AAS, so it will take time, and a sizable investment to see it work.
