ok, will do for the training log and food, and get back to you guys in a couple of days. what i really want to do however is cut fat and gain muscle mass, so i guess it would be to bulk up, but my priority would be to lose the fat, especially around my waist, without overworking myself.
See, my problem is that once i get going i dont really sotp. right before the end of the year, my routine (which i will post later today) was ok... but my problem was that once i was done, i went out o train with my teammates for at least 2 hours, after running at least 6 miles before practice. like i said i dont know when to stop.
also, i have used whey protein before, and have with me this supplement called NO Xplode, which helped me alot during the 6 months that i did train every day. what do you guys think about this, when taken alongside the protein which you were telling me about.?
