Forget the no-xplode, get some CEE and citruline malate from www.bulknutrition.com . You say you want to get up in muscle mass, so check out HST, DC, Volume training, etc... Stick to the program, DONT change it. Do cardio on your off days and adhere to carb cutoffs. You'll see some improvements within a few weeks.
