Workout B
3x5 Squat - 110lbs
3x5 Standing military press - 85lbs
3x5 Pendlay Rows - 125lbs
Already noticing some changes below the belt... minor but calves and legs are definitly looking different after only a few work outs.
Looking forward to adding accessory work after next week.
