Benching: (pyramid) 1x3 235
JS Rows: (pyramid) 1x3 225
Accessory (Overhead Tri Extensions) 2x10
Abs 5x10
Good workout today. Squats continue to go up, bench was feeling good and rows were good. On the whole it was a very good workout.
