I've used both usp labs, and I've capped my own. I like cissus alot, I have a lot of joint issues from years of martial arts, and lifting. IMO its very helpful for joint issues, and for overall recovery. I didnt see much of a difference between the bulk and the usp stuff, well except the price. I know usp has a super cissus product out now, but I havent given that a go yet. Its suppose to be a more potent extraction, but my advice would be to go with the bulk first and see how it goes.
