Yeah, that's about what I figured. I was reading the crap written on the Plasmavol box today and it had a testimony from a guy that said he gained 15 pounds of mostly lean body mass in 4 workouts. It looks like they would realize that if they write stuff that is so obviously bull shit that people might figure out that it's bull shit. But then again, these companies know what they're doing so I guess it's a testament to how gullible so many people are.
