When I didn't have anyting to cook with I would always cook ALL my meals at home a few days in advance, put them in zip lock bags or containers. That way I never had to worry about anything

Hmm good suggestion about cooking meals in advance. I guess being prepared goes a long way.

Only reason im concerned is everything around here is carb loaded and I don't really need that except for breakfast and before and after my workout
